Are you interested in women’s participation in open source software, Wikipedia, open data, and other open projects? We’d love to meet you in Mountain View on Wednesday! Please forward this invitation on to other people who might be interested in going, whether or not they know about the Ada Initiative yet.

Join us for an Ada Initiative meetup this Wednesday Aug 1 at 7:30pm, and meet all the other folks who encourage women in open technology and culture. If it’s anything like our recent San Francisco meetup, you’ll run into old friends and make a few new ones.

Please take a moment to register for the meetup so we know how many people to expect, and tell your friends about it! Ada Initiative co-founder Valerie Aurora will be attending, along with many other supporters of the Ada Initiative. Arrive early to get your schwag!

Help us out!

We’d love to meet new people and discuss the Ada Initiative’s work with them. Again, please help promote the event by inviting your friends and colleagues and forwarding this announcement to any interested groups! Please share the link to this post or tweet about the event:

!function(d,s,id){var js,fjs=d.getElementsByTagName(s)[0];if(!d.getElementById(id)){js=d.createElement(s);;js.src=”//”;fjs.parentNode.insertBefore(js,fjs);}}(document,”script”,”twitter-wjs”);
